We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that help employees build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. The Learning Specialist partners with teams across the organization to identify learning needs and implement effective training solutions. This individual serves as a subject matter expert in their area and adapts learning programs to support evolving business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs and skill enhancement initiatives tailored to organizational needs
Collaborate with managers and other internal stakeholders to identify training priorities and design effective solutions
Conduct detailed needs assessments to ensure training content and delivery methods are consistent and effective
Utilize a variety of adult learning techniques, including virtual sessions, self-paced modules, and interactive media, to maximize engagement
Continuously explore and implement innovative training methodologies to enhance program effectiveness
Work closely with the Instructional Design team to create dynamic online training modules
Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion, ensuring compliance with documentation standards
Monitor and report on employee progress during training periods, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes
Act as a subject matter expert in learning and development, staying updated on industry trends and applying best practices
Support the development of training strategies that address geographically dispersed teams and diverse learning needs
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in instructional design and familiarity with instructional technologies
At least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare training, particularly instructor-led programs (preferred)
Strong understanding of learning and development principles, including adult learning theories and innovative training approaches
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across business units and work effectively with diverse teams
Experience in managing multiple priorities in a high-paced environment
Proficiency in designing and deploying training for geographically dispersed audiences
A track record of successfully leveraging technology to develop and monitor training programs
