Job Description

As our Learning Specialist, you'll be a hands-on contributor to the Health Systems global learning ecosystem helping ensure our learning experiences are high-quality, accessible, on-brand and genuinely useful for everyone who relies on them, both inside and outside the organisation. Working closely with the Learning Manager and Content Developers, you'll span the full learning lifecycle: administering our LMS (Skilljar), supporting learners through a dedicated inbox, shaping e-learning content in Articulate Rise, owning reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement across how learning is designed, delivered and measured. You'll be equally at home in the granular detail and the big picture, and you'll collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners across global markets. No two days look the same in the Health Systems Portfolio. The team is resourceful, tenacious and fast-moving, working with a high degree of autonomy to deliver results that genuinely matter.
