As our Learning Specialist, you'll be a hands-on contributor to the Health Systems global learning ecosystem helping ensure our learning experiences are high-quality, accessible, on-brand and genuinely useful for everyone who relies on them, both inside and outside the organisation. Working closely with the Learning Manager and Content Developers, you'll span the full learning lifecycle: administering our LMS (Skilljar), supporting learners through a dedicated inbox, shaping e-learning content in Articulate Rise, owning reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement across how learning is designed, delivered and measured. On the content side, you'll support course storyboarding and learning design, map outcomes to CPD requirements, assist with copywriting and editing, and contribute to digital asset creation. On the operations side, you'll own quality assurance processes, maintain accurate and meaningful learning data, and support analysis that drives real insights and decision-making. You'll bring an eye for detail and genuine comfort with learning technology staying curious about emerging tools, modern pedagogy and the role AI is beginning to play in the space. You'll be equally at home in the granular detail and the big picture, and you'll collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners across global markets. No two days look the same in the Health Systems Portfolio. The team is resourceful, tenacious and fast-moving, working with a high degree of autonomy to deliver results that genuinely matter. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the work and who sees variety, complexity and pace as features, not bugs.

Requirements:

  • Advanced experience administering an LMS – (cloud-based and SkillJar highly valued but not mandatory)

  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with external partners, customers and learners
  • A commercially minded approach with an understanding of balancing learner and organisational needs
  • Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise – (Code block experience and HTML highly valued but not mandatory)
  • Experience crafting learning storyboard and CPD / learning outcome / assessment mapping.
