Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate and design learning content and manage supporting communities
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers and third-party content vendors
  • Deliver and manage firmwide learning programmes under the strategic direction of the senior manager
  • Provide operational support and guidance to internal stakeholders on learning programmes
  • Implement and optimise learning technologies (e.g. content platforms, AI tools)
  • Monitor usage, engagement, and effectiveness of learning solutions
  • Hold accountability for meeting delivery milestones, learner satisfaction and operational efficiency targets

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of learning design and delivery
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a learning role
  • Strong presentation, storytelling and engagement skills
  • Content delivery and facilitation experience including: Digital/virtual, hybrid and in-person sessions
  • Confidence to facilitate to a senior audience
  • Experience in delivery of scalable learning programmes and vendor management to include management of: Delivery milestones
  • Learner engagement
  • Performance indicators and learner satisfaction
  • Programme communications
  • Reporting

Nice to have

  • Experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to self-upskill in emerging digital capabilities
  • Keen attitude to stay aware of L&D trends and translate them into practical initiatives through our programmes
