Job Description:

The Learning Project Management and Productivity Lead is a senior position under Learning Implementation Services (LIS) and plays a critical role in strategy and execution for the Citi Learning organization. The role will collaborate with the Citi Learning leadership team, Learning Advisors, Learning Execution and Relationship Management team (LERM), Instructional Designers, Operations, Content Testing, Business Execution teams and others to help ensure the success of strategic initiatives across the Learning organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage complex, multi-faceted projects and programs across their full lifecycle
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and manage critical program documentation including governance charts, RASCIs, communication plans, and metrics
  • Coordinate resources and activities across teams
  • Proactively identify, assess, escalate, and manage project risks issues, and controls processes
  • Translate complex data and analysis into clear presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Proactively seek and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with executives and stakeholders across the Learning Community
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and team members

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, Operations, Organizational Development or related field
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to lead others located globally without direct reporting lines
  • Strong understanding of Learning processes and strategy
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to escalate issues and propose potential solutions
  • Experience incorporating Artificial intelligence within process improvements and innovation
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and demanding stakeholders at one time
  • Capable of performing effectively in complex situations with high degree of ambiguity and limited guidance
  • High level of proficiency with the MS Office Suite is essential, including Excel functions, data visualization, Visio and deep SharePoint knowledge
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's/University degree
