Job Description

At Coca-Cola HBC, we believe that continuous learning and development are key drivers of success. We are seeking a dynamic Learning Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and capability of our people within the organization. You will work with People & Culture leadership team in Business Units to build Leadership and Organizational Capabilities. You will drive growth by curating and delivering relevant blended learning solutions and content. Your mission will be to support organizational capabilities development and deployment across Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH).

Job Responsibility

  • Stay ahead in learning by utilizing external research and networks to understand key trends in leadership development and capability building
  • Work with senior leaders and People & Culture Managers on identifying capability gaps and opportunities to drive the business goals
  • Co-design, procure (if required) and implement (deliver if required) Best in Class Leadership Training Programs reflecting current and future needs contributing to our Growth Story and CCH becoming an Irresistible Place to Work for target groups
  • Support building a learning organization by strengthening the learning mindset, boosting online/digital learning usage and supporting learning communities, and agreeing central/group approach for capability building
  • Coordinate all Leadership Development solutions, deploy, track and monitor agreed activities and relevant KBIs
  • Plan, prioritize and monitor the L&C budget with the relevant Line Managers or People & Culture Managers for leadership training
  • Transform learning data and evaluations into actionable insights to guide stakeholder discussions and align development activities
  • Use great Coaching skills to facilitate team meetings, coaching sessions, focus groups, workshops etc.
  • Apply strong project management skills to plan, organize, and deliver learning initiatives effectively, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in identifying training needs, designing training plan and delivering training
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian
  • Experience with stakeholders’ management
  • Experience in training content creation
  • Knowledge of training methods like workshops, mentoring, coaching, process improvement etc.
  • Professional manner - articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
