Job Description

As a Learning Multimedia Designer at Merivale, you will play a key role in developing innovative, high-impact learning solutions that leverage our learning technology ecosystem to enable employee high performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Learning & Development (L&D) and People Experience (PX) to ensure that our multimedia learning assets are engaging, high quality, and aligned with our brand. This is an exciting opportunity to shape learning experiences that enhance our workforce’s knowledge, skills, and performance across Merivale’s venues.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop multimedia assets using a range of tools (SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, Learning Platforms, PowerPoint) to create impactful content
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Ensure assets are compatible with various platforms (SharePoint, websites, SAP Learn)
  • Provide input on learning briefs, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals
  • Design user-friendly layouts, source high-quality imagery, and develop engaging presentations
  • Create and edit custom graphics and icons to enhance learning experiences
  • Maintain a well-organised library of images and assets for future use
  • Ensure all assets align with Merivale’s design system and brand guidelines
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and learning asset management
  • Maintain and update learning solutions to keep content relevant and impactful
  • Respond to maintenance requests and test updates for functionality
