Learning Manager

• Design and implement integrated learning plans for sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance
• Develop and implement reskilling programs to enhance sales representative performance
• Identify and assess current and future learning needs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Design effective learning curricula and ensure compliance of learning materials and programs
• Assess learning effectiveness through objective evaluations and utilize feedback for improvement
• Research and implement innovative learning methodologies, tools, and best practices

• University degree
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, marketing, or sales training within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in the oncology therapeutic area is essential
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, facilitation, and negotiation
• Experience in learning program design and training is preferred
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
