Capital One’s Learning & Development team is seeking a Learning & Development Manager at the enterprise level. This individual will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing and implementing impactful learning experiences and solutions that will fuel our growth as a company and help our associates develop cutting-edge skills.
Job Responsibility:
Project manage multiple initiatives within the team
Ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met
Recommend evidence-informed solutions that improve and streamline learner experiences
Use exceptional influence, written, and verbal communication skills to refine and socialize our L&D strategy
Partner with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize points of leverage for business impact
Partner with other Learning & Development professionals across the Enterprise
Influence across multiple cross-functional teams, client organizations, and groups without direct authority
Stay current with external trends, best practices, and innovations
Leverage experience and background in instructional design and adult learning
Leverage expertise in DIB and adult learning to inform the learning strategy and products
Comfort facilitating and leading training/workshops effectively
Coach and develop learning professionals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in client facing consulting
At least 3 years of experience in learning and development
At least 1 year of experience in project management
At least 1 year of experience in learning strategy creation
Nice to have:
At least 5 years of experience in learning and development
At least 3 years of experience in learning strategy creation
