Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented LMS Coordinator to support the Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role will work closely with both the Learning Management System (LMS) team and the Instructional Design team to manage training content, support users, and maintain accurate training records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with LMS platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update learning databases, ensuring accurate records and data integrity
  • Respond to employee and contractor inquiries via the L&D email inbox in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage and maintain the training request calendar for internal sessions
  • Generate reports from the Learning Management System (LMS) based on stakeholder requests
  • Reset user passwords and provide basic LMS support
  • Upload and maintain training materials within the LMS
  • Support the Instructional Design team with content management and updates
  • Assist with scheduling, help desk support, and other L&D-related activities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Nice to have

  • Experience with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) or similar LMS platforms
  • Experience documenting business requirements
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

  • Project manage the design, testing, and integration of the LMS organization wide. Collaborate with Organizational Development & Talent Management Senior Director and team to maintain and optimize the LMS
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the LMS ensuring seamless functionality and a user-friendly experience for Enterprisers (employees). Responsibilities include user account management, course or cohort assignment, transcript process, audits, reporting, and troubleshooting platform or user issues
  • Establish and maintain content standards, ensuring consistency in tone, structure, and format across all training materials and end user experience. Regularly review and update LMS content to reflect changes and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guide and support the design and implementation of training programs for Enterprisers (employees), including onboarding content for new hires and continuous education for existing staff
  • Develop, build, and analyze reports on LMS usage and key performance indicators. Monitor and analyze learner progress, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics to measure utilization and success. Provide insights to improve training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on LMS product features in the Workday platform and best practices for LMS management. Suggest and implement improvements to the training system based on internal feedback and emerging trends in eLearning and building performance
