Job Responsibility:
Act as a strategic learning consultant, partnering with business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and translate business priorities into impactful learning experiences
Design end-to-end learning journeys (from needs analysis to implementation and impact measurement), ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
Architect innovative and engaging learning experiences that combine formal, social, and experiential components (70-20-10 approach)
Lead the design of global frameworks, programs, and capability models in close collaboration with key stakeholders
Facilitate co-creation workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings
Ensure learning solutions are business-driven, scalable, and measurable, leveraging data and learning analytics to assess effectiveness and ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Talent Management, HRBPs, Global Business Services) to ensure seamless implementation and learner experience
Stay ahead of learning trends, digital innovations, and emerging methodologies, bringing external insights into the organization
Contribute to the evolution of the learning ecosystem, supporting the development of a world-class learning experience
Requirements:
Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
6 to 10 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in strategic consulting, organizational transformation, or capability development
Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions (from diagnosis and architecture to implementation and impact measurement)
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into high-impact learning experiences
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership
Solid exposure to multinational and matrixed environments
Experience leading or contributing to cultural transformation, change initiatives, or capability-building programs
Familiarity with modern learning methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, 70-20-10, Learning in the Flow of Work, Agile/Sprint-based design)
Experience working with LMS/LXP platforms and leveraging learning analytics to measure impact
Previous experience in a transformation-focused consulting company
Exposure to leadership development, digital capability building, or innovation programs
Experience leading global or cross-regional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in executive and multicultural environments
