Virtru's Technical Training team is scaling to meet the demands of our growing Data Security Platform (DSP) ecosystem — spanning customers, partners, and internal Virtruvians. We operate on a T-shaped competency model where everyone maintains a strong generalist foundation (50-70%) while developing deep specialized excellence (30-50%) in a specific domain. This ensures resilience, velocity, and quality without creating silos. As the Learning Experience Specialist, you'll join as the content production engine of the team — focusing 60% on on-demand content creation and multimedia learning (video production, self-paced modules, content repurposing) and 40% on LMS operations and program coordination (administration, logistics, learner support).
3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Learning & development, instructional design, training coordination, technical support, customer success, sales engineering, or similar enablement‑adjacent roles
Demonstrated ability to organize complex information and turn it into clear, simple artifacts (slides, guides, SOPs, checklists, or basic training materials)
Strong project coordination and follow‑through skills — you can track multiple workstreams, manage details, and keep stakeholders informed
Comfortable working with technical concepts (cloud, SaaS, security, or dev tools) even if you’re not yet an expert
you’re willing to dig in, ask questions, and learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust your style for technical and non‑technical audiences
High comfort with modern collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
