This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly evolving AI first learning experience company. As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll apply your expertise in Languages and instructional design to develop engaging, inclusive, and assessment-rich learning experiences aligned with IBDP and other academic standards.

Requirements:

  • Curriculum & Instructional Design Expertise: Strong experience with academic standards (e.g., IBDP, MYP, IGCSE) and designing pedagogically sound, engaging learning experiences
  • Subject Matter Expertise, Languages: Deep understanding of language acquisition at the IBDP/high school level, with the ability to guide content creators and ensure curriculum fidelity
  • Inclusive & Assessment-Rich Design: Ability to design accessible, learner centred experiences that cater to diverse learning needs and integrate formative and summative assessments
  • Digital Authoring & Tools: Experience with authoring platforms such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, or similar digital learning tools
  • willingness to adopt and learn new technologies
