The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for designing and developing effective and engaging learning experiences in various topics of mandatory and compliance trainings. This role collaborates with stakeholders to assess learning needs, applies instructional design principles, and manages the creation of digital learning with high efficiency, utilizing a team of elearning developers.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the intake, approval and content creation processes of mandatory and compliance trainings globally
Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps through available data liaise with business and compliance stakeholders
Collaborate with the content sponsors, owners and SMEs to ensure meeting course objectives both from learning and business risk management perspectives
Implement and support blended learning strategies, incorporating digital and in-person elements
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data
Ensure all training materials align with organizational goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
Stay updated on trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning theories to continuously improve learning solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field – Master’s degree preferred
Experience in designing and developing risk or compliance training programs in financial services
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail
