This role provides a great opportunity for a colleague who has a keen interest in learning and development (L&D), internal communications and engagement, culture development or equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) to develop their understanding, skills and experience in these areas of work. This will be a varied role and so you’ll need to be able to manage different priorities and projects that you might be working on at the same time. You’ll be involved in different types of work – from L&D to EDI – and so an ability to learn things quickly will be key. We don’t want you just to learn how we do things, we want you to help us develop how we get our work done to make sure we deliver great experiences for our colleagues. This role will have a strong focus on providing coordination and administrative support to our Head of Internal Communications and Engagement, Head of Learning and Culture, Learning and Organisational Development Lead and our EDI Manager. You will get to be part of a supportive, ambitious and collaborative team who all bring their own different skills and experiences – meaning there are plenty of opportunities for you to grow and develop, too.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate activity across internal communications and engagement, culture and organisational development, L&D and EDI
Provide administrative support across our work to keep us organised and ensure a good experience for colleagues across activities and events
Contribute to the running and delivery of events, learning interventions and engagement activities and sharing of internal communications
Manage and administer key systems to ensure they enable us to be efficient and effective, and provide a positive experience for colleagues who engage with them
Provide support and signposting to colleagues across the areas of work
Requirements:
