Learning & Employment Support Worker

An exciting and rewarding opportunity to join our team of Learning & Employment Support Workers. Working within the CHI team to deliver a unique programme for young people with learning difficulties which combines education and on-the-job training. The CHI course is an accredited course designed to enhance students’ employability prospects by providing a blend of intensive ‘classroom’ based learning and purposeful, on-the-job training and work shadowing. The CHI project supports students with a variety of additional learning difficulties who are based in Bargates Christchurch, the Marsham Court Hotel and Tesco Riverside, Bournemouth.
