The Role: The Learning Diversity Partner is responsible for supporting teachers and families in assisting students with additional needs. This includes students with learning difficulties, disabilities and impairments to facilitate the integration process, to increase the participation of students in educational programs and the social life of the College community. Salary: In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 - $118,063 as per the Schedule of Salary. Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance as scheduled in the CEMEA.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting teachers and families in assisting students with additional needs, including those with learning difficulties, disabilities and impairments
  • Facilitate the integration process
  • Increase the participation of students in educational programs and the social life of the College community.
