Job Description:

As the Learning Disabilities Team Leader on the day shift, you will provide leadership and support to staff and essential support to your patients. Your role involves overseeing the daily operations of the services, ensuring high standards of care and support for the residents.

Job Responsibility:

  • To supervise/organise other members of staff on duty
  • To inform Manager or Deputy of any significant changes in residents- contact by telephone where necessary if an issue is urgent
  • Participate in the development of activities for Residents in which they can join and enhance quality of life
  • To ensure that Equality and Diversity is practiced within the Care Home by all who live, work and visit the Care Home. Any issues to be promptly reported to the Manager/Deputy

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of Medication Management
  • CQC knowledge
  • Healthcare Qualification
  • DBS Check
  • Right to work in the UK
