Job Responsibility:
Drive Sales & Service Excellence: create programmes and learning solutions that will increase capability, skill and product knowledge, equipping teams to engage in great conversations leading to increased spend and profit
Design & Deliver Engaging Content: creating high-impact learning solutions that address specific performance gaps, creating meaningful, tailored solutions across multiple formats from virtual workshops to face-to-face delivery including gamified digital content
Embed a Performance Culture: Facilitate key strategic initiatives and Development Programmes, turning managers into high-impact performance leaders with skills in coaching at the heart of it
Be a Proactive Partner: Adopt a "forward-scan" approach, identifying performance gaps and proposing solutions to senior stakeholders before they ask
Champion Careers: Help drive the cultural shift to personalised career pathways and champion our Apprenticeship Programmes while encouraging peer-to-peer knowledge sharing
Prove the ROI: Track and report on the effectiveness of training interventions using data to prove the direct impact of L&D on business performance and sales growth in addition to gaining positive feedback from colleagues and stakeholders alike
Requirements:
Learning Design Expertise: Proven experience in instructional design, translating business needs and SME knowledge into engaging, performance-led content
Expert Facilitation: High-level delivery and facilitation skills (Virtual & F2F) that inspire genuine behavioural change
Sales Focus: A demonstrable track record of developing and delivering solutions that directly improve sales performance and customer service
Commercial Acumen: Ability to analyse business data and KPIs to identify trends and create targeted learning interventions
Innovation: Experience in delivering "with a difference" using gamification and digital tools
Essentials: Full and clean driving license for national travel (essential)
