As Learning & Development Specialist, you will be in charge of designing and executing various developmental initiatives, including leadership programs, talent management, onboarding, and global assignments. This role involves the end-to-end management of training programs—from identifying development needs and designing curricula to leveraging digital tools for enhanced learning motivation—while also utilizing data analytics to derive insights for continuous program improvement.
