At least two years’ experience in a teaching / training role, or a similar Learning and Development role – Preferably in the aviation industry
Level 3 CTLLS (or above) or equivalent
Level 5 CMI or L5 ILM Leadership & Management (or above) – or willing to obtain qualification

Job Responsibility

Act in a consultative capacity to advise internal and external stakeholders / clients on matters pertaining to training needs
Contribute to regular training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement
Design, develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality training programmes / interventions / courses aligned to the needs of the business / stakeholders / clients
Deliver high-quality teaching / instruction across all existing and future training programmes / courses (including apprenticeship programmes)
Carry out examinations / assessments in accordance with awarding body / company procedures
Ensure training records are up-to-date and are readily available for inspection
Assess the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics
