Manage all learning artifacts and programs seamlessly in the LMS system (Cornerstone on Demand) and LXP. Act as the subject matter expert for Cornerstone On Demand and other LMS platforms. Manage persona-based learning pathways and onboarding journeys, tying them to skill development. Manage programs and reports within the LMS and LXP systems. Implement and maintain AI-driven tools (e.g., AI Role Play in Cornerstone) to enhance learning engagement. Generate and analyze reports on completions, feedback, test scores, and program impact. Continuously evolve using AI tools and systems to improvise the learning experience and optimize the operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all learning artifacts and programs seamlessly in the LMS system (Cornerstone on Demand) and LXP
Act as the subject matter expert for Cornerstone On Demand and other LMS platforms
Manage persona-based learning pathways and onboarding journeys, tying them to skill development
Manage programs and reports within the LMS and LXP systems
Implement and maintain AI-driven tools (e.g., AI Role Play in Cornerstone) to enhance learning engagement
Generate and analyze reports on completions, feedback, test scores, and program impact
Continuously evolve using AI tools and systems to improvise the learning experience and optimize the operations
Uploads, publishes, manages, tests, and deploys all content within the LMS/LXP, including online courses, tests, surveys, evaluations, documents, instructor-led training, and curricula
Collaborates with cross-functional learning and development SMEs to determine effective methods to package and deploy various forms of training
Troubleshoots various technical issues including functionality, connectivity, and access
Serve as a primary contact point and support for training enrollment activities
Liaison with the Systems and Tools team to handle LMS-related issues
Research and resolve LMS functionality-related issues
Be responsible for Catalog Management
Answer user queries related to learning events/objects
Support use of AI Role Play tool
Tie learning paths to persona skills
Provide reporting on completions, feedback, test scores, and impact
Communicate launch of new learning programs
Leverage AI to improve efficiency and scalability of learning programs
Requirements:
5+ years of related experience in a functional training role with an emphasis on learning technology and administration
A bachelor's degree is highly desirable
Experience with LMS systems (such as SABA, Highspot, and Cornerstone) will be an added advantage
A basic understanding of adult learning, e-learning, and distance learning principles required
Knowledge of Cornerstone is a must, and other LMS platforms will be an added advantage
Strong technical capability and experience in IT systems management are preferred
Experience with industry-standard publishing formats such as SCORM and AICC preferred
Advanced ability to work with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to solve problems and work across department boundaries independently
Ability to manage multiple projects and time
Must be highly organized, able to research and analyze information to make appropriate decisions
Experience with basic HTML and BI Reporting preferred
Understanding of the Kirkpatrick Model
Highly motivated and self-driven individual
Nice to have:
