This position will play a key role in creating and delivering practical learning programs for production teams, working closely with leaders to help improve onboarding, performance development, and leadership readiness. The role is ideal for someone who can turn business needs into effective training experiences that promote consistency, safety, quality, and continuous growth.
Job Responsibility
Build and update training resources for manufacturing roles, operating procedures, workplace safety, quality standards, and core production systems
Develop instructor-led, digital, hands-on, and blended learning experiences that improve knowledge retention and support consistent execution on the floor
Collaborate with operational leaders and internal experts to identify development needs and convert them into practical learning solutions
Contribute to leadership growth initiatives for supervisors, frontline managers, and employees preparing for expanded responsibility
Support onboarding activities and performance development efforts in partnership with people leaders and HR stakeholders
Analyze capability gaps by reviewing performance information, gathering stakeholder feedback, and observing day-to-day operations
Create focused development plans for employees, teams, and functional groups based on identified skill priorities
Lead training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching conversations for a range of audiences across the organization
Measure program impact through participant input, assessments, adoption trends, and operational results, then refine content as needed
Maintain accurate learning records, curriculum materials, and supporting documentation while promoting a culture of ongoing development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, talent development, or a comparable learning-focused role
manufacturing experience is required
Spanish language skills, both written and verbal, is strongly desired
Proven ability to create engaging training materials for operational, plant, or production-based environments
Solid understanding of adult learning practices, instructional design approaches, and effective group facilitation techniques
Experience with onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives, or competency-building efforts is highly valued
Ability to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and recommend practical development strategies tied to business goals
Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project coordination skills, along with proficiency in learning technologies and content development tools
