The Learning & Development Specialist plays a critical role in enabling talent growth and capability development across the organization. Focused on building a future-ready workforce, the role designs, delivers and evaluates learning programs that support business needs and continuous learning. The role partners closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to align learning strategies with organizational goals, foster a culture of innovation and ensure employees are equipped to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Job Responsibility:
Instructional Design & Content Development: Design and develop high-quality learning programs and materials using evidence-based learning theories and methodologies
Provide SME support and guidance on learning design and structure
Design and oversee implementation of core learning programs including onboarding, compliance training, AI Academy, Growth Academy, partner certifications and more
Digital Learning Solutions: Implement and manage digital learning platforms and tools to deliver scalable, engaging, and accessible learning experiences
Learning Delivery: Support and enable delivery of workshops, training sessions, and virtual learning experiences that foster knowledge transfer and skill development
Coaching & Development: Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to support individual growth and career development
Learning Needs Analysis: Support learning needs analysis through to identify capability gaps and learning priorities across the organization
Translate insights into actionable development plans
Data-Driven Evaluation: Measure learning effectiveness through data analytics, feedback, and performance metrics
Use insights to continuously improve programs
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives align with strategic objectives
Requirements:
Previous experience of successfully implementing learning programs, preferably at a global level
Instructional Design – Ability to create structured, learner-centric programs
Video content and design - Foundational ability to create and edit video content
Digital Learning Tools – Proficiency in LMS, e-learning authoring tools, and virtual platforms
Learning Needs Analysis – Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritize development needs
Facilitation & Delivery – Skilled in engaging diverse audiences in both in-person and virtual settings
Learning Content Development – Expertise in creating impactful materials and resources
Learning Theory & Methodology – Deep understanding of adult learning principles and modern approaches
Data-Driven Evaluation – Ability to interpret learning data and apply insights for improvement
Knowledge of tracking impact and return of investment at initiative/program level
Coaching & Development – Competence in guiding individuals toward growth and performance goals
An agile mindset with strong understand of leading dynamic programmes that evolve and change rapidly
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and communicate effectively
Strong ownership and accountability
Experience in fast paced environments, comfortable with high levels of ambiguity
Professional certificates in learning and development preferred
English language proficiency
