At least two years’ experience in a teaching / training role, or a similar Learning and Development role – Preferably in the aviation industry
Level 3 CTLLS (or above) or equivalent

Job Responsibility

Act in a consultative capacity to advise internal and external stakeholders / clients on matters pertaining to training needs

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality training programmes / interventions / courses aligned to the needs of the business / stakeholders / clients

Carry out examinations / assessments in accordance with awarding body / company procedures
Ensure training records are up-to-date and are readily available for inspection
