Job Description:

Searching for a well-organised administrator specialising in events management to organise and execute learning events and programs. Event management and internal customer service role. Be part of a dedicated People & Culture team.

Job Responsibility:

  • organise and execute learning events and programs
  • coordinate people, place and resources for training and development
  • work with information systems and learning management systems for event planning, tracking participation, and keeping records
  • be the customer service point of contact for a corporate support service
  • delegate work and supervise part-time administrative staff and volunteers
  • coach and supervise team members
  • define responsibilities and support team to achieve high quality program delivery

Requirements:

  • experience managing events of diverse scope and scale
  • experience planning and coordinating a calendar of programs
  • experience in customer service roles
  • experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment with a variable workload and competing demands
  • strong delegation and collaboration skills
  • high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • proficient Microsoft Office skills
