Searching for a well-organised administrator specialising in events management to organise and execute learning events and programs. Event management and internal customer service role. Be part of a dedicated People & Culture team.
Job Responsibility:
organise and execute learning events and programs
coordinate people, place and resources for training and development
work with information systems and learning management systems for event planning, tracking participation, and keeping records
be the customer service point of contact for a corporate support service
delegate work and supervise part-time administrative staff and volunteers
coach and supervise team members
define responsibilities and support team to achieve high quality program delivery
Requirements:
experience managing events of diverse scope and scale
experience planning and coordinating a calendar of programs
experience in customer service roles
experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment with a variable workload and competing demands
strong delegation and collaboration skills
high level of verbal and written communication skills
proficient Microsoft Office skills
current NSW driver’s licence and car
Nice to have:
experience working in a learning and development environment
experience with learning and development management systems
experience working in for-purpose or cause related organisation
experience supervising staff and volunteers
qualifications in Event Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or Training & Assessment
