Learning & Development Manager

Prompt is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to ensure our world-class team has the training and support it needs to scale as fast as our platform. We’re searching for someone who is passionate about continuous learning, loves the challenge of building programs from the ground up, and wants to make high-impact contributions at a fast-growing company. As our Learning & Development Manager, you’ll be a key player on our People Operations Team. You’ll both lead the charge on our Learning & Development initiatives while also supporting the broader People Operations function to ensure a best-in-class employee experience. You will design and deliver programs and resources that help our team members level up.
