The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Learning & Development Manager. Candidates with a passion for excellence, good facilitation skills and proven leadership experience are invited to apply. The Learning & Development Manager, works across the different disciplines. The Learning & Development Manager reports to the Director of People & Culture. The Learning & Development Manager co-ordinates and organises a range of development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company’s clearly prescribed performance standards and Hotel Goals.
Job Responsibility:
Systematically analyse the Hotels training needs and deliver relevant learning
Plan and co-ordinate the production of Departmental Training Plans
Act as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on department related training issues
Source and recommend appropriate external training organisations or resources
Maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements
Develop creative and innovative training programs
Co-ordinates and organises a range of development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company’s clearly prescribed performance standards and Hotel Goals
Requirements:
Prior experience in a Learning and Development Role
Ability to facilitate learning both to line employees and managers
Firm knowledge of different learning techniques
Speak Bahasa Malaysia
Fluent in English
Must have the right to work in Malaysia
Passion for excellence
Good facilitation skills
Proven leadership experience
