We are seeking a Learning & Development Partner to design and deliver strategic learning solutions that enable service line transformation and future capability development across VOIS. The individual will play a key role in shaping the upskilling and reskilling agenda, collaborating with GMT members, HR Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable and digitally-enabled learning interventions.
Job Responsibility:
Strategise, design and deliver the L&D plan for assigned service lines, including long-term upskilling and reskilling roadmaps aligned to the organisation’s future capabilities
Collaborate with GMT members and HR Directors to translate business priorities into learning solutions that support service line transformation and growth
Lead capability assessments and identify skill gaps, promoting the use of GROW and other assessment methodologies
Use digital tools to create flexible, innovative learning programmes that also contribute to budget optimisation
Partner with the wider L&D team to design and deliver technical, behavioural and leadership interventions
Develop and monitor frameworks to assess the effectiveness of learning transfer and measure programme impact
Champion and drive a digital-first learning culture across the organisation
Globalise learning interventions where possible to ensure standardisation and alignment with VOIS location strategies
Manage an annual learning budget of approximately €200k
Requirements:
Strong understanding of VOIS, CSO transformation and service line capabilities, with the ability to link learning strategies to business priorities
Self-driven and able to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders to support learning outcomes
Experience partnering with business leaders to manage and deliver large-scale learning programmes
Strong business partnering, stakeholder management and influencing skills
Comfortable working within matrixed structures and collaborating across multiple teams
People management experience and the capability to lead learning initiatives effectively
Holds a recognised Learning & Development certification
