Job Description:

Lead and develop impactful L&D programs for a dynamic team in a leading beverage company. Our client is a well-established beverage company with a strong presence in Japan. Job Responsibility:

Lead the development and implementation of learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives
Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs (in-person, online, workshops)
Manage external training vendors, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions
Develop and implement leadership development programs for high-potential employees
Establish and utilize training evaluation metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in L&D or a related HR field
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful employee development programs
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
Strong project management and change management skills
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
Fluent in Japanese and English
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, or a related field
