Job Responsibility:
Plan Strategically! Conduct needs assessments and develop long‑term learning strategies
Design Programs! Oversee impactful learning initiatives across functions
Develop Leaders! Create leadership journeys, coaching, and mentoring programs
Integrate Digital! Manage LMS, e‑learning tools, and SME Academy
Lead Teams! Mentor L&D staff, set goals, and foster collaboration
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in HR/Business (Master’s or certifications preferred)
5–7 years of L&D or talent management experience
Experience with Assessment Centers, IDPs, and leadership programs
Proficiency in LMS and e‑learning tools
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
