About the role and team: At Catawiki, we believe that everyone has something to contribute. As our Learning & Development Intern, you won’t just be shadowing meetings; you’ll be the engine behind how we welcome and grow our talent. This is your 'first real job,' where you’ll transition from academic theory to driving actual impact in a fast-paced scale-up. You will be a fully integrated member of the L&D team, working closely with Talent Management to shape the 'Catawikian' experience from day one.
