Job Description:

As a Learning & Development Generalist, you will inspire and make every visitor's experience of Älmhult memorable, falling in love with IKEA's past, present, and future. You will host trainings, lead guided tours, orchestrate workshops, and provide insights on IKEA's story. The role is primarily based at the IKEA Museum and occasionally online.

Job Responsibility:

Host trainings
lead guided tours
orchestrate workshops and activities
create learning experiences showcasing IKEA’s Life at Home, Democratic Design, and Culture & Values
work with teams from ideation to execution.

Requirements:

Natural talent for storytelling and sharing knowledge
genuine interest in meeting visitors on their level of learning
interest, ability, and experience working with different target groups such as public in general, co-workers, and schools
strong communication skills with fluency in English and Swedish, both speaking and writing.
