Job Description:

In the role as a Learning & Development Developer you will be part of the Learning & Development team. You will work closely with subject matter experts, and internal teams to develop transformative, high-impact learning experiences for the many co–workers at Inter IKEA Group.

Job Responsibility:

Develop digital learning experiences with agility to deliver business impact
create animations, videos, visual effects, and multimedia content
utilize software and development platforms like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Cloud
make use of AI and other digital tools
project lead translation processes
collaborate with subject matter experts
analyze learner data and feedback
ensure IKEA values guide the development of learning products

Requirements:

Master or Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development (corporate education) or equivalent
experience creating digital learning experiences
strong communication and facilitation skills
ability to collaborate and network with stakeholders
thrive in times of change
