Job Responsibility:
Support collaborative L&D team
Gain hands-on exposure across training coordination, employee learning initiatives, program administration, and HR operations within a highly dynamic and intellectually driven environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Internship or early-career experience within HR, learning & development, recruiting coordination, talent operations, or related areas preferred
Strong organizational and coordination skills required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization
High attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness required within a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while maintaining a highly collaborative approach
Interest in learning and development, employee experience, and HR operations strongly preferred
