The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the Learning & Development function by coordinating onboarding, training programs, and learning initiatives across the resort. This role ensures smooth delivery of programs, accurate training records, and effective learning operations.
Job Responsibility:
Support delivery of Embark onboarding and core training programs
Coordinate facilitators, sessions, attendance, and training logistics
Maintain training records and reports in Workday Learning
Assist with preparation of training materials and translations
Support standards training, testing, and reporting
Assist with Ethics & Safety training tracking and communications
Promote learning initiatives and support training calendars
Requirements:
Degree/diploma in HR, Education, Business, Hospitality, or related field
Experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative support is an advantage
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
High attention to detail and passion for learning and development
