We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination experience who is passionate about supporting colleagues’ development and creating a seamless learning experience. You’ll play a key role in coordinating training activity, maintaining compliance records, supporting onboarding, and ensuring our learning initiatives run efficiently and professionally.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training and development activities
Manage mandatory and Health & Safety training compliance
Maintain the training matrix and Learning Management System (LMS)
Support onboarding and induction programmes
Manage the L&D mailbox, providing first-line advice and support
Track training spend, process invoices, and liaise with Finance
Produce L&D reports, dashboards, and compliance data
Promote learning initiatives through internal communications
Support apprenticeship and structured learning programmes
Work collaboratively with managers and external training providers
Requirements:
Experience in an administrative or coordination role (ideally within L&D, HR, or a people-focused function)
Experience coordinating training bookings, calendars, or events
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles
Experience using an LMS
Exposure to Health & Safety compliance monitoring
Experience managing purchase orders and invoices
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
Understanding of the L&D cycle and learning impact measurement
