We’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to play a key role in delivering impactful talent development initiatives for approximately 1,000 Investment professionals across North America, Europe, and International regions. At the heart of delivery for the global Investments L&D team, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, staying highly organised, and driving projects forward with energy and precision. As an L&D Coordinator, you’ll ensure programmes are delivered smoothly, stakeholders stay connected, and every initiative is executed with care and momentum. The L&D Coordinator role offers the platform to apply existing L&D knowledge and experience, whilst giving access to a broad range of global programs and projects to continue ongoing growth and development.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating the end‑to‑end delivery of global talent development programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and deadlines across project streams
Working in close partnership with colleagues across regions and time zones, building strong working relationships and ensuring activity is aligned and delivered consistently against plan
Acting as a central point of connection within the global L&D team—bringing clarity, structure, and follow‑through to shared priorities
Managing relationships with facilitators, coaches, and external partners to support engaging, high‑quality learning experiences
Leading the coordination of the global mentoring programme, including matching, progress tracking, and maintaining momentum and engagement
Reviewing feedback and learning data to spot themes, suggest improvements, and continuously enhance the learner experience
Supporting budgets, learning technology, and communications to improve efficiency, visibility, and colleague engagement
Requirements:
Approximately three years’ experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or HR, ideally in a professional services environment
Good organisational skills, with experience managing projects, coordinating tasks, timelines and stakeholders across workstreams
A collaborative, people‑focused approach
Clear and thoughtful communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
experience with learning platforms or HR systems is helpful but not essential
Nice to have:
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent), or motivation to work towards a professional qualification
