Job Description:

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly effective Learning Development Co-ordinator Teaching Assistant to join The Highfield School.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take an organisational role in coordinating and supporting students with SEND
  • Perform the role of a key worker for targeted individuals
  • Support the teaching of 1:1 or small groups of children

Requirements:

  • An organisational role in coordinating and supporting students with SEND
  • Perform the role of a key worker for targeted individuals
  • Support the teaching of 1:1 or small groups of children
  • Willingness to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service
