Job Description:

We are seeking a learning and development professional who is passionate about creating high-impact learner experiences and enabling functional capability development for centre-based teams. This role focuses on delivering engaging, effective learning interventions that support business priorities, enhance performance, and accelerate readiness from training to live environments. The role works closely with functional experts and business stakeholders to ensure learning outcomes translate into measurable performance improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver impactful learning experiences using a blend of digital, virtual, face-to-face facilitation, coaching, and reflective learning techniques
  • Facilitate and coordinate training programmes aligned to business needs, ensuring knowledge, skill, and capability uplift
  • Conduct upskilling and cross-skilling programmes to support workforce agility
  • Track learner progress and maintain accurate training reports throughout the learning journey
  • Identify capability gaps during training and collaborate with functional experts to address them effectively
  • Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, supporting local market priorities through informed judgement and best practice
  • Enable smooth transition from training to operational readiness by maximising learner throughput and preparedness

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the VOIS strategy and collaborative working culture
  • Experienced in facilitating technical and functional learning content across diverse audience groups
  • Confident engaging with learners at different levels of organisational hierarchy
  • Comfortable using digital tools and virtual platforms to enhance learning engagement
  • Self-driven professional who builds rapport quickly and communicates with clarity and confidence
  • Skilled in delivering engaging presentations and designing high-quality learning materials
