Turning training needs into high performance manufacturing skills. Provide training service by identifying needs, creating material and delivering training to meet the Company’s needs. Supporting training delivery for IPC accreditation and technical training.
Job Responsibility:
Identifying training requirements
Implementation and maintenance of Learning Management System
Supporting managers with developing their teams through career development plans and training
Ensuring identified training requirements are delivered appropriately
Ensuring an effective induction and onboarding process
Keeping all training records and administration up to date
Representing the Company in required audits
Using digital tools to create flexible learning programmes
Monitoring effectiveness of learning transfer
Supporting training delivery including IPC or technical training
Supporting recruitment activities
Supporting adhoc customer training
Aligning workforce development solutions to critical business needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
Strong training and coaching skills
Up to date certified IPC Trainer qualifications or willingness to obtain required qualification
Ability to problem solve and influence others at all levels
Ability to achieve UK security clearance
Right to Work in the UK
