As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will be responsible for enabling the end-to-end delivery of Merivale Academy programs, combining coordination with the effective use of learning systems, digital tools, and streamlined workflows. You’ll manage and administer learning and performance platforms, oversee course and program deployment, handle asset management, troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and deliver analytics reporting to optimize learning experiences. You’ll be responsible for the overall administration, logistics, and coordination of Merivale Academy’s dynamic programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. Your role will drive program success through thorough evaluation, comprehensive reporting, vendor coordination, governance oversight, and continuous process improvements. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with external vendors and internal teams across various learning platforms to support Merivale’s evolving L&D initiatives.

Requirements:
Proficient in technology administration, preferably with LMS administration experience
Highly organised, excel at managing competing priorities, and meeting deadlines
Intermediate MS Office skills
Has an eye for the detail
Driven by process improvement and have a knack for problem solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A love and passion for the hospitality industry and curiosity to understand the unique needs of our workforce
