We’re looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Learning & Development Advisor to join our HR team in a fresh and evolving role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our learning and development roadmap and own a key role in delivery across the College.
Job Responsibility:
Design and coordinate learning and development programmes aligned to the People Strategy
Support induction, onboarding and compliance training processes
Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver tailored learning solutions
Coordinate internal CPD and source external development opportunities
Create engaging training resources and digital learning materials
Monitor training impact and provide insight to support continuous improvement
Manage learning communications, queries and shared resources
Contribute to projects that enhance leadership capability, teaching standards and organisational effectiveness
Requirements:
Enthusiasm, creativity and a can-do approach to growing our learning and development services
Experience designing, coordinating or delivering learning and development activity
Confidence working with stakeholders to identify needs and implement learning solutions
Experience creating training resources and delivering sessions in person or virtually
Strong organisation and project coordination skills
Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate training impact
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
A commitment to equality, inclusion and safeguarding
A CIPD qualification in learning & development or equivalent practical experience would be advantageous
