Job Description:

We’re looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Learning & Development Advisor to join our HR team in a fresh and evolving role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our learning and development roadmap and own a key role in delivery across the College.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and coordinate learning and development programmes aligned to the People Strategy
  • Support induction, onboarding and compliance training processes
  • Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver tailored learning solutions
  • Coordinate internal CPD and source external development opportunities
  • Create engaging training resources and digital learning materials
  • Monitor training impact and provide insight to support continuous improvement
  • Manage learning communications, queries and shared resources
  • Contribute to projects that enhance leadership capability, teaching standards and organisational effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm, creativity and a can-do approach to growing our learning and development services
  • Experience designing, coordinating or delivering learning and development activity
  • Confidence working with stakeholders to identify needs and implement learning solutions
  • Experience creating training resources and delivering sessions in person or virtually
  • Strong organisation and project coordination skills
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate training impact
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
  • A commitment to equality, inclusion and safeguarding
  • A CIPD qualification in learning & development or equivalent practical experience would be advantageous
