Be a creative thinker coming up with new ideas and “out of the box” solutions
Be confident working in a client facing role ensuring you ask the right questions and understand the requirements before creating the right solution

Job Responsibility

Translating client needs into creative learning journeys that leverage cutting-edge technology, microlearning content, and experiential design principles
Working across the full end to end process from liaising with clients, understanding their needs, mapping out the project, using instructional design methodologies to create engaging and modern learning experiences, developing the content using a range of authoring tools and working with Learning Management Systems

Requirements

Strong Learning Design experience, ideally on postgraduate programmes
A University or OPM background, with experience delivering at scale (essential)
Comfortability working within fast-paced project management processes
Skills in early-stage Learning Design, including end to end unit design, storyboarding and collaborating with academics
A proven ability to design highly interactive, asynchronous, and collaborative learning experiences
Confidence working with SMEs/academics across the full design cycle – ideation, creation, reviewing builds, and light QA
The ability to Storyboard at pace (critical)
The ability to work across projects and manage competing priorities
