  • Craft learning that does justice to sophisticated and complex material—whether it’s customs regulations, compliance frameworks, or other specialized topics such as medicine or law
  • Challenge yourself, think strategically about instructional design, and create content that is accurate, rigorous, and impactful, all while maintaining an engaging learner experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex subject matter (e.g., customs, law, medicine, compliance, or other regulated fields)
  • Strong skills in analyzing, structuring, and simplifying highly technical content without losing accuracy
  • Expertise in developing digital learning experiences using modern authoring tools and Learning Management Systems
  • Experience in applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams
