In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the educational landscape—directly influencing how people acquire critical skills, change behavior, and perform at their best. Your work will support the long-term success and evolution of a world-renowned enterprise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to strategic processes including demand planning, business planning, and budget management to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals
  • Apply creative problem-solving and design methodologies to develop innovative learning solutions that meet both user and organizational needs
  • Design and implement cross-functional learning approaches that lead to measurable behavior change
  • Conduct quality reviews of learning solutions and deliverables prior to launch to ensure a high bar for excellence
  • Define, track, and analyze success metrics and learner feedback to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Select and apply appropriate instructional strategies and content modalities to address complex performance challenges
  • Champion a strong learning culture and values, promoting continuous growth across the organization
  • Design and develop training assets such as multimedia visuals, handbooks, and quick reference guides
  • Identify, curate, and maintain high-quality learning resources to meet evolving needs and enhance existing offerings
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct learning needs assessments and define clear, actionable learning objectives
