Job Responsibility:
Contribute to strategic processes including demand planning, business planning, and budget management to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals
Apply creative problem-solving and design methodologies to develop innovative learning solutions that meet both user and organizational needs
Design and implement cross-functional learning approaches that lead to measurable behavior change
Conduct quality reviews of learning solutions and deliverables prior to launch to ensure a high bar for excellence
Define, track, and analyze success metrics and learner feedback to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency
Select and apply appropriate instructional strategies and content modalities to address complex performance challenges
Champion a strong learning culture and values, promoting continuous growth across the organization
Design and develop training assets such as multimedia visuals, handbooks, and quick reference guides
Identify, curate, and maintain high-quality learning resources to meet evolving needs and enhance existing offerings
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct learning needs assessments and define clear, actionable learning objectives
Requirements:
Strong performance consulting skills, including diagnosing performance gaps and recommending effective interventions
Experience designing and implementing educational programs
Deep expertise in curriculum planning and development
Proven ability to conduct learning needs analysis
Strong content curation skills
Understanding of capability and capacity planning within a learning organization
Demonstrated experience in Learning Experience Design (LXD)
Ability to work with and adapt to a range of learning technologies
User-centered mindset with a focus on learner experience
End-to-end course development experience
Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
Understanding of business drivers and how learning supports organizational outcomes
Strong technical aptitude
Experience evaluating and measuring learning effectiveness and ROI
Knowledge of learning psychology
Familiarity with digital learning and gamification techniques
