Job Description:

Design and develop syllabi/curricula and collateral materials for corporate training programs, event marketing, and additional product that needs learning. Provide content for learning materials for the production of corporate training programs, event marketing, and additional product that needs learning. Work closely with the company/clients to provide consultations and recommendations. Determine career paths and learning outcomes. Conduct research and analysis related to learning activities and learning materials. Coordinate with B2B and operational team.

Requirements:

  • Final Year Students in Education, Educational Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
  • Proven 1–2 years of full-time working experience (at least have 1 intern experience in learning design field)
  • Preferably from similar industry (edutech)
  • Will be a plus point if has experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer
