Job Description:

The Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst consults and collaborates with other team members to design and develop effective training programs. This role applies adult learning theories and instructional design methodology to create interactive training solutions using various learning modalities.

Job Responsibility:

Design and develop training programs and learning materials using various methodologies
Determine appropriate training solutions based on business needs analysis
Create, deploy, and maintain eLearning solutions using various tools
Participate in program design process including needs assessments and task analysis
Create measurement strategy for client solutions
Review and test learning products for quality and technical standards
Research current industry best practices in learning

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in eLearning, Instructional Design, or related field and/or eLearning Technical Certifications
4+ years of Instructional Design/eLearning/multi-media experience
Experience with content authoring tools: dominKnow, Brainshark, Area9, Symtrain, Adobe, Articulate Studio, Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Knowledge of LMS systems and creating compliant content
Knowledge of Web-based Training (WBT) creation and media creation
Instructional design knowledge of adult learning principles, assessment, needs analysis, job task analysis
Experience providing instructional design across modalities
Visual design knowledge and experience
Experience design knowledge
Adult Education in financial services and/or corporate setting a plus
