As a Learning Delivery Specialist, you play a key role in creating the preconditions for our co-workers to grow, perform, and deliver an inspiring IKEA experience to our customers. You will be responsible for executing learning delivery across the Market Area in an efficient, consistent, and engaging way—ensuring our learning offers support both business needs and individual development.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver learning content across the Market Area in line with global and country learning frameworks
  • Coordinate with the Country Leadership & Competence team to implement global learning tools and offers
  • Execute the country training calendar for leadership and competence development
  • Facilitate learning sessions or secure skilled facilitators when needed
  • Use digital learning tools and systems to ensure efficient delivery and accurate follow-up
  • Partner with line managers and stakeholders to identify and support learning needs
  • Follow up on learning outcomes and ensure impact on performance and engagement
  • Actively promote IKEA values and culture through learning environments and activities
  • Work interdependently to ensure local business needs are met through relevant learning offers
  • Maintain/improve/change the facilitators pool for the market and share it with the country
  • Consolidate feedback for all the development programs & Recommend changes and enhancements to training
  • To connect with relevant partners for updating learning hours
  • Follow up on the deliverables and outcome of the learning activities
  • Training data – what is available and what is completed for each coworker and populate Power BI accordingly and all other administrative requirements are taken care of preparation of rooms, etc
  • Be available to assist other markets in training if the need arises
  • New joiners’ induction plans and collaboration with functions and material

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & Development
  • Proven experience in developing people and organisations
  • Good understanding of learning delivery methods and facilitation
  • Preferred: Exposure to cross-functional work within the INGKA/IKEA matrix
