The Learning Delivery Specialist is a highly skilled facilitator responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and product-accurate training experiences for clients and internal teams. Unlike traditional trainers who deliver strictly templated content, this role requires deep product expertise, the ability to adapt on the fly, and the skill to guide learners with varying roles, contexts, and levels of technical proficiency. Learning Delivery Specialists partner closely with L&D Specialists (product SMEs) and Instructional Designers to bring curriculum to life through exceptional facilitation. They ensure that training sessions reflect standardized product workflows, customer use cases, and the high variability of real-world implementations. This role is critical in building learner confidence, improving product adoption, and creating cohesive, high-quality learning experiences across all client engagements. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our Richardson, Texas location.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate live training sessions (virtual and in-person) using product-accurate content and advanced facilitation techniques
Adapt delivery dynamically based on learner questions, role types, product configurations, and real-time needs of client groups
Maintain deep understanding of the product ecosystem to answer complex questions beyond what is included in the templated materials
Ensure training sessions are interactive, learner-centered, and aligned with adult learning best practices
Build and maintain subject-matter expertise on TownSq products, configurations, workflows, and role-based use cases
Partner with L&D Specialists to understand curriculum intent, key messages, and product nuances prior to each deployment
Support version control and readiness by staying informed about product releases, changes, enhancements, and known issues
Co-develop facilitator guides and delivery tools alongside L&D Specialists and Instructional Designers
Provide feedback on learner experience, curriculum clarity, and delivery challenges to inform continuous improvement
Participate in practice sessions, internal demos, and TTT (Train-The-Trainer) activities to align around consistent delivery standards
Create inclusive, supportive learning environments where people feel safe asking questions and exploring complexity
Tailor explanations, workflows, and scenarios based on learner roles (e.g., community manager, accounting, support, board members, etc.)
Navigate challenging questions and high-pressure moments with confidence and professionalism
Surface insights about learner pain points, product confusion, and content gaps to Product Enablement and the Learning Architect
Participate in post-training reviews to improve curriculum delivery, content clarity, and facilitation practices
Recommend enhancements to training tools that improve clarity, engagement, or delivery consistency
