Job Responsibility:
Design and deliver core curricula related to area of expertise and contextual knowledge to internal and external audiences
Qualify and certify vendor trainers, provide ongoing support, and advocate for solutions to improve vendor site performance and efficiency
Develop customized learning solutions
Design, administer, and launch large-scale learning projects using various learning design and content management systems
Develop a portfolio strategy which positively impacts performance and business metrics
Consult with cross-functional partners to enable business goals
Ensure compliance of learning programs in a rapidly changing regulatory environment and mitigate legal risk
Distill complex insights from business partners to influence Global Operations Learning leadership on future direction of the portfolio and recommend solutions
Leverage expertise to drive decision-making within the portfolio
Identify, prioritize and deliver clearly aligned goals which keep the team focused on delivering results
Handle learning content with discretion and sensitivity, ensuring that it is presented in a respectful and professional manner
Requirements:
Requires 6 years experience in the job offered or in related occupation
Requires 6 years of experience in each of the following skills: Project management experience, including delegation of work, overseeing execution, providing feedback for learning and performance solutions
Adult learning theory, learning sciences, and training facilitation in the context of a global, multicultural audience
Working across global, multicultural, and multilingual teams
Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced changing environment
Learning content development practices, including the core principles of instructional design and technical writing
Defining and measuring key performance indicators
Utilizing Articulate 360/Rise, Xyleme, CSOD, or Adobe PS/InDesign
Working with outsourced vendors
Assessing, analyzing, and resolving complicated issues related to learning solutions
