Job Responsibility:
Accountable for governing and facilitating employee training, ensuring that end-users develop the necessary skills to work effectively with SAP
Training Program Management: Designing, scheduling, and overseeing SAP-related training sessions, including go-live enablement, onboarding for new employees and advanced courses for existing staff post go-live -> Champions life-long learning
Identifying Training Needs: Conducting assessments and surveys to understand gaps in SAP knowledge among employees
Content Development: Aligning with the content authors about relevant learning material and overseeing the effectiveness of provided materials
Performance Measurement: Monitoring employee progress, gathering feedback, and refining training strategies based on results together with line managers
Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring that training aligns with corporate policies, industry regulations, and SAP best practices, maintaining records of employee participation and certifications
User Support & Guidance: Acting as a first point of contact for employees struggling with SAP processes, troubleshooting issues, and directing them to relevant resources
Requirements:
HRIS Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms for managing employee data and learning records (e.g. SAP)
L&D Background: Proven experience in coordinating corporate training, preferably within IT or large-scale transformation projects.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and German (min. B1) for collaboration in a global ecosystem.
Educational Background: University degree, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field.
Training Methodologies: Knowledge of learning principles, e-learning tools, and LMS platforms.
User-Centric: A patient, supportive approach to troubleshooting and guiding employees.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct training needs assessments and track performance metrics.
